mercyrobot | Doctor Who 4.10

Well. That was... underwhelming. Cool while it was going on, but no real point. You'd think they could just make the next arc an episode longer. I doubt anyone would complain. Unless whatever that thing is has something to do with what's going on next episode. Was Skye supposed to be a dead ringer for the Adipose lady or is that just a coincidence? And does Jethro remind anyone else of their 10th-grade boyfriend?

The best part was the preview for next week, to which I present my reaction in slightly capslocky list form.

1. EEEE! ROSE!!!!

2. OMGWTFDEADDOCTOR?! Obviously he can't be. Either that or we're in for a big rewind, which would make me vairvair cranky.

3. Is Donna wearing Jack's coat? (I don't think he's turning up yet, but a girl can dream.)

4. AAAACK! DONNA!!!

5. Are we ever going to find out about the bees?

6. I really hope the besuited shoulder of someone out of frame when they're standing in front of that big house belongs to Ianto. (Again, a girl can dream.)

7. Possibly the point of tonight's episode was to introduce us to extonic(?) sunlight. The shiny white light that flooded the tour bus looks awfully similar to what's lighting up Donna.
